Highgate Hotels is seeking a bartender for the Row NYC location in Times Square, Manhattan. The role involves setting up the bar, preparing beverages, and delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will maintain clean bar areas, manage liquor inventory, follow safety and liquor laws, and assist guests with a friendly, professional demeanor throughout shifts that may include long hours and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and staff.
• Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Set up the bar according to hotel standards and ensure guests are served promptly.
• Prepare beverages and cocktails according to hotel standards.
