Mega Saver in Polk City, IA is seeking a Sales Associate to create an upscale guest experience. You will operate the register, upsell, stock shelves, and keep the store looking inviting for every guest.

Promote the Mega Saver Loyalty Card and App, engage customers with promotions, handle multiple payment types, and help with inventory and cleanliness. A team-driven attitude and reliable presence are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide an upscale experience for every customer and upsell when appropriate.
• Promote Mega Saver's Loyalty Card and App to each guest.
• Engage promotions to maximize sales via upselling and cross-selling.
• Handle multiple payment forms accurately (cash, credit/debit, etc.).
• Follow guidelines for restricted sales per state and federal law.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and checkout area.
• Assist with inventory and stocking; participate in stock counts.
• Demonstrate a team-focused attitude and cross-train when needed.
