You will greet customers, help locate products, and recommend specialty, organic, and gourmet items while maintaining store standards and cleanliness. The role is full-time and onsite with weekday and weekend shifts, requiring strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and comfort with POS systems.

Qualificações

• Previous retail or grocery experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand or walk for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with fresh, high-quality products.
• Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Maintain visually appealing and organized displays that reflect the store’s upscale brand.
• Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and locations.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance and recommendations on specialty, organic, and gourmet products and suggest pairings.
• Keep store clean, safe, and clutter-free.
• Ensure shelves are dust-free and products are front-faced and properly labeled.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of work areas, equipment, and common spaces to maintain a safe, organized, and hygienic environment.
• Process shrink/waste through register systems.
• Use handheld devices to verify price accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g., produce, guest services, deli).
• Assist other departments when needed.
• Support store events, promotions, and seasonal merchandising efforts.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about new products and store standards.
• Follow dress code and grooming standards that reflect the upscale environment.
• Will complete all duties and requests as assigned by management.
