Job summary

San Vicente Clubs in West Hollywood, CA is seeking a Food Runner to support the service team. The role involves delivering hot dishes, assisting with prep, greeting guests, and maintaining a clean dining area to ensure a smooth, high-end experience for guests.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or hotel, hold a Food Handler’s Card and an RBS Certificate, and be able to stand for long periods with attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year in high-volume, upscale restaurant or hotel.
• Certifications: Food Handler’s Card and RBS Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Obtain service area assignments at the beginning of each shift.
• Run food from the kitchen and deliver to guest tables in a timely manner.
• Assist with preparing appetizers and assist sous chefs with other food prep.
• Promptly greet guests as they are seated and bring crudité, water and bread to the tables.
• Clear tables after guests leave and reset for the next seating.
• Maintain a high level of personal cleanliness and immaculate uniform presentation.
• Be a team player and assist fellow staff when possible.
