Job summary

Seneca Resorts & Casinos is seeking a Fine Dining Waiter/Waitress to provide professional service of food and beverage to guests in a high-end dining environment. The role requires clear English communication, ability to manage large trays, and a courteous, hospitable demeanor throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include maintaining menu knowledge, greeting guests promptly, serving and clearing tables, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Customer service and at least three (3) years of fine dining server experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, courteous service of food and beverage to guests.
• Greet guests within one minute in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Serve and clear tables, replenish beverages as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, wine list, and daily features.
• Adhere to liquor laws and Seneca policy while delivering exceptional service.
