Qualifications

• Two years of server experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant tech tools (OpenTable, POS).
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
• Clear communication with guests and team members; positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service by attending to diners before, during, and after meals.
• Inform guests about menu changes, daily specials, and beverage programs.
• Ensure accurate order delivery and timely service from kitchen to table.
• Process payments, close out checks, and handle credit card transactions.
• Assist with station setup/closing and table cleanliness; support bussers.
• Be flexible to fill in as needed to maintain smooth restaurant operations.
• Greet guests warmly, thank them, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.
