Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa in Cabazon is seeking a Server – Mozen to greet guests, take and deliver food and beverage orders, and ensure a seamless dining experience with attentive, knowledgeable service.

You will maintain menu knowledge, coordinate with kitchen, handle payments, and uphold AAA Four Diamond standards in a fast-paced, luxury setting while complying with safety and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Handler Certification required or obtained upon hire.
• 2-3 years of serving experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of menu, wine and cocktail pairing, and formal table service etiquette.
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash and credit transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, introduce yourself, and provide menu guidance including beverage and appetizer recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation standards.
• Take accurate orders, input into POS, and ensure timely delivery.
• Deliver food and beverages with proper serving techniques and presentation.
• Coordinate with kitchen and staff to ensure accurate and timely orders.
• Buss, clean, and reset tables; restock service items for continuous readiness.
• Process payments, apply discounts or comps, and handle change.
• Adhere to cash handling, safety, health, and sanitation procedures.
