Job summary

Ruth's Chris Steak House in West Des Moines is seeking a friendly Server to deliver top-tier hospitality. You will greet guests, take orders, upsell beverages and entrees, and ensure accurate check handling with our POS system.

Under supervision of the General Manager, you will maintain high standards of service, manage multiple tables, and contribute to a positive dining experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED is required.
• Prior restaurant hospitality experience.
• Must maintain a current valid permit to serve alcohol.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Knowledge of FOH service standards and hospitality protocols.
• Attention to detail and effective communication in a team setting.
• Must successfully complete restaurant training program.

Responsibilities
