Job summary

Jonathan Club is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager in Los Angeles. This role splits time between office work and on-the-floor service, with a primary focus on member experience and high-end hospitality across both Downtown Los Angeles and the Santa Monica beach locations.

The candidate will manage reservations, assist members by phone/email/in person, and help with events, floor plans, and staff training to ensure flawless service.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in high volume upscale operation.
• Comfortable level of food & beverage knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible / participate in team work.
• Experience in the service industry a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversees reservations process, systems and reports.
• Assists members by phone, email or in person with any needs such as reservations to the member’s satisfaction.
• Create BEO’s, floorplans as needed.
• Assists with events, holidays or special functions or any meal periods based on business needs.
• Maintains a clean, orderly and safe work office area as well as in the outlets.
