Responsibilities

• Accurately take food and beverage orders and input into the POS system.
• Coordinate special requests and dietary restrictions with the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and per presentation standards.
• Promote daily specials, desserts, and beverages to increase sales.
• Monitor guests' needs and refill drinks, clear plates, and provide items as requested.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and alcohol service policies.
