Job summary

The Woodlands in Virginia is seeking enthusiastic Dining Room Servers to deliver an exceptional dining experience for residents and their guests in a boutique senior living community. Join a passionate team that values personalized service and a warm, restaurant-style atmosphere.

Evening shifts are available with two pay tiers ($18.00/hour or $17.00/hour) and require 3–4 evenings per week. We offer opportunities for ongoing training and growth in a respectful, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Prior fine dining or upscale hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient table service to residents and their guests
• Deliver meals, beverages, and personalized attention with care
• Build rapport with residents—become a familiar, trusted face at each shift
• Use our POS system and maintain knowledge of daily menu items
• Help maintain a warm, welcoming dining atmosphere
