Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf seeks a hands-on Housekeeper at Encanterra Country Club in Queen Creek, AZ. The role maintains a clean, sanitary environment for club facilities and supports the maintenance team.

Full-time hours offer medical, dental, life insurance, PTO, and holidays, with opportunities to participate in a 401(k) plan. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least six months in housekeeping or hospitality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Six months’ housekeeping or hospitality experience.
• Current First Aid or safety certifications as required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean all Club buildings daily according to BlueStar standards.
• Clean all facilities including floors, carpets, walls, pictures and furniture.
• Assist Maintenance Department with assigned duties.
• Maintain an infection-free facility through thorough cleaning and equipment upkeep.
• Report repairs to the Facility Maintenance Manager and ensure standards.
• Follow safety rules (OSHA, EPA) and use PPE.
• Assist with setup and teardown for Club events.
• Other duties may be assigned.
