Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent service orientation and presentation.
• Excellent communicationskills.
• 1-2 years previous experience in a upscale restaurant, hotel, or country club environment preferred.
• Knowledge of JONAS, preferred.
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage service to the members and guests, adhering to the Willoughby Golf Club standards of service.
• Accurately execute Member/Guest orders and requests in an attentive and timely fashion.
• Ensure daily assignments and side work is complete in respective areas to meet Club standards.
• Possess clear knowledge of all liquors, beer and wines available at the Club.
