Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in cooking, food preparation, and plating.
• Current Food Handlers or Sanitation certification is required.
• Working efficiently under high-volume conditions, especially during special events and holidays.
• Familiarity with menus and the ability to prepare special dietary restrictions is required.
• Standing and walking for periods of time, occasionally carrying trays weighing up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Season, prepare, and assist with food production while adhering to all sanitation and hygiene protocols.
• Organize and properly store unused products, maintain cleanliness across all prep and storage areas, and report maintenance needs.
• Daily responsibilities include prepping workstations, mastering menu items and dietary accommodations, communicating stock needs, and assisting across different kitchen areas as needed.
