Job summary

The Lodge at Columbia Point in Richland, WA is seeking a friendly Catering Server to join our team. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and help create memorable guest experiences.

You will work with a POS system, upsell offerings, ensure proper presentation and timing, and maintain a clean service area. We offer competitive hourly pay, daily pay options, PTO and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous server experience in a restaurant environment.
• Ability to use a POS system and handle transactions.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and laws.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders and serves food and beverage items to guests according to standards.
• Enters orders into the POS system and communicates special requests to the kitchen.
• Assembles food items and ensures attractive presentation and proper temperatures.
• Maintains knowledge of menu offerings and sold-out items.
• Processes guest payments with proper accounting and cash handling.
• Keeps dining area and service stations clean and organized.
