Schlesinger’s Steakhouse in Newport News, VA is hiring a fast, energetic Busser to join our upscale restaurant team. You’ll keep tables clean, reset quickly, and help servers deliver food with a smile.

This part-time role offers great tips, flexible hours, and a path to growth in a busy, high-end steakhouse environment. Prior restaurant experience helps, but we’ll train the right person.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep tables clean, cleared, and ready for the next guests.
• Quickly reset tables during busy services.
• Assist servers with delivering food and maintaining service quality.
• Keep dining room, service areas, and side stations clean and stocked.
• Refill water and assist with guest needs.
• Support team to keep service moving during peak times.
• Collaborate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff.
