Job summary

Huse Culinary is seeking an experienced Bartender for a role at Harry & Izzy's Circle Centre in Indianapolis. You will prepare and serve cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages, maintain knowledge of drinks, and support dining room service with accurate drink orders.

The position requires at least 1 year of high-volume bartending experience, with a preference for upscale dining background. Compensation includes hourly pay + tips and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year of high-volume Bartender experience.
• Experience in upscale dining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and fine dining presentation standards.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wine, and beer to provide recommendations and answer guest questions.
• Manage bar operations including inventory monitoring, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area.
• Provide attentive guest service at the bar and support dining room service by preparing drink orders efficiently and accurately.
