The Equinox Golf Resort & Spa in Manchester, VT is seeking a Bartender to craft high-quality beverages and provide elevated guest experiences. You will use your mixology skills, knowledge of wines and spirits, and a professional bar presence to drive beverage sales and guest satisfaction.

This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays; duties include following recipes, maintaining setup and cleanliness, managing inventory, cash handling and POS accuracy, and upselling signature

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required (luxury or high-volume preferred).
• Strong mixology and wine knowledge.
• Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to standard recipes.
• Maintain full knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail programs.
• Engage guests with a personable, professional bar presence.
• Ensure bar setup, cleanliness, and organization meet established standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
• Maintain proper cash handling and POS accuracy.
• Follow all alcohol service laws and responsible service guidelines.
• Support service staff with beverage orders in a timely manner.
• Upsell premium spirits, wines, and signature cocktails.
