Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging hospitality to bar guests.
• Craft classic and signature cocktails with consistency, speed, and precision.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the beverage program, including spirits, wine, beer, and house cocktails.
• Engage guests with recommendations and insights into the menu.
• Prepare garnishes, syrups, and bar components per recipes and prep standards.
• Manage bar inventory and restock supplies during service.
• Keep a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service per laws and policies.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams for smooth service.
• Handle payments and manage tabs using the POS system.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and pride.
