Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging hospitality to all bar guests.
• Craft classic and signature cocktails with consistency and speed.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the beverage program including spirits, wine, beer, and house cocktails.
• Engage guests with confidence, offering recommendations and menu insights.
• Prepare garnishes, syrups, and other bar components per recipes and prep standards.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm engaging and knowledgeable hospitality to all bar guests
• Craft classic and signature cocktails with consistency speed and precision
• Maintain an in depth knowledge of the beverage program including spirits wine beer and house cocktails
• Engage guests with confidenceoffering recommendations and sharing insights into the menu
• Prepare garnishes syrups and other bar components in accordance with recipes and prep standards
• Manage bar inventory and restock supplies throughout service
• Maintain a clean organized and well stocked bar at all times
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service in accordance with laws and company policies
• Collaborate with front of house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and timely service
• Handle payments accurately and manage tabs using the POS system
• Uphold all safety sanitation and cleanliness protocols
• Represent the brand with professionalism and pride at all times
