Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bartending experience in an upscale or fine dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation.
• TABC & Food Safety Certification (required).
• Must meet legal age requirements to work in a bar.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere
• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity
• Recommend drinks and pairings based on guest preferences and menu offerings
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout the shift
• Ensure all beverages are prepared to recipe standards and served responsibly
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
