Qualifications

• 21+ years old required.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Prior bartending experience preferred, ideally in full-service or upscale environments.
• Completion of server training and knowledge.
• Maintain cleanliness, professionalism and team alignment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, genuine welcome to guests at the bar and dining room.
• Craft and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and speed.
• Present beverage menus highlighting small-batch cocktails, featured spirits, and rotating flavors.
• Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, garnishes and ingredients, including rotating features.
• Recommend pairings and cocktails, and collaborate with spirits and food offerings.
