A luxury mountain resort in Blowing Rock, North Carolina is seeking a skilled Banquet & Events Bartender to join the Event Staff team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, serving, and breaking down banquet bars while crafting cocktails and providing exceptional guest service during various events. Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required; banquet or high-volume service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to provide/obtain alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as moving cases, kegs, and bar equipment.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods of time.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet bars, ensuring proper placement and readiness.
• Ensure bars are stocked with liquor, mixers, and garnishes.
• Prepare cocktails and beverages according to established recipes.
• Provide attentive and professional beverage service throughout the event.
• Verify guest identification and comply with alcohol service laws.
• Collaborate with event teams to ensure smooth flow.
