Job summary

UPS is offering a 2027 InfoSec Summer Internship in Louisville, KY for undergraduates in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields. The role includes threat response support, data analytics, and hands-on IT work across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments.

Qualified students must be able to commit 40 hours weekly during June–August, with a chance to contribute to real projects on diverse teams within InfoSec. The internship is paid and open to U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Information Security, Computer Science and/or related discipline.
• 40 hours per week during the summer months (June - August).
• U.S. Citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities

• Support real time threat responses and protect data across servers.
• Provide onsite technical support to internal customers and assist in data analytics.
• Projects assigned within the InfoSec team during the summer internship.

Qualifications:

Must be able to work 40 hours per weekduring the summer months (Monday - Friday, June - August). The desired 2027 Summer Intern will be a Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior, currently enrolled or graduated from (within the last 24 months) a degreed college/university program with a major in Information Security, Computer Science and/or related discipline.
