UPS Digital, formerly UPS Capital, is launching its 2027 Summer Internship Program, offering students hands-on experience within one of our key departments aligned to their skills, interests, and career goals.

Interns will have opportunities to shadow other departments, gain insight into the business, and participate in mentorship and networking with UPS professionals, developing essential communication and teamwork skills in a tech-focused corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or a recent graduate within the last 24 months.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with industry-specific tools is a plus.
• Interest in exploring multiple aspects of corporate business.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects and day-to-day activities within your assigned department to support business goals.
• Conduct research and provide analysis to help drive team objectives.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues on key initiatives.
• Shadow other departments to gain a broader perspective of the company's operations and strategic goals.
• Attend company-wide events, presentations, and cross-functional meetings to learn more about the organization's overall structure and goals.

Beyond their primary assignments, interns will have opportunities to collaborate across teams, gain insight into different areas of the business, and develop a well-rounded understanding of how a modern, tech-focused corporate environment operates.
