We are seeking a collaborative and innovative Upper School Theology teacher for the upcoming school year. The role involves teaching grades 9-12, collaborating on grade-level retreats, and connecting with students, families, and colleagues across disciplines. The candidate should be committed to implementing the diocesan curriculum aligned with our Holy Cross identity, support faith development, and foster individual faith journeys. Engagement in co-curricular activities and school life is also valued.

Ideal candidates will:

• Possess current Ohio teaching licensure or a non-tax certificate
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in theology, religious studies, or a related field
• Be certified by the Diocese of Cleveland or eligible for certification
• Be enthusiastic about educating in the Holy Cross tradition
• Have experience facilitating retreats and prayerful experiences
• Create a safe, inclusive environment for students from diverse backgrounds and faiths
• Be eager to collaborate on professional development and integrate instructional technologies across disciplines
