Job Title: Upper School Math and Science Teacher (7th to 10th grade)
Location: Ascent Classical Academy of Grand Junction (ACAGJ)
FLSA Status: Exempt
Reports to: Dean of Upper School
Work Hours/Days: Monday through Friday, Typical School day 7:00 am-3:30 pm, professional development and work days.
Compensation Range: $45,500 to $55,000 depending on degrees and years of experience
Desired Start Date: *August 2025
*Teachers must attend training in Hillsdale, MI, for up to 10 days in June. ACACS and Hillsdale cover travel to the conference, lodging, and food.

This position may include a course load of mathematics up through Algebra II as well as Life Sciences, Physical Science, and Chemistry. You may be asked to provide coverage for other teachers as needed. We follow Hillsdale College's program for curriculum. The ideal candidate will be organized and devoted to helping students grow in wisdom and virtue.
