The Stephen Longfellow Academy in Leeds invites applications for a General Teacher & Leader of Upper School. This senior leadership role combines strategic oversight with outstanding classroom practice to drive whole-school improvement and raise student outcomes.

You will lead Curriculum Leaders and staff, champion accountability and collaboration, and ensure an ambitious curriculum, high teaching standards, and strong support for pupils to progress to further education, employment or training.

Qualificações

• Outstanding classroom practitioner with a strong track record of securing excellent outcomes for students.
• Successful leadership experience and the ability to inspire, support and challenge colleagues.
• Ability to analyse performance information effectively and use it to drive improvement.
• Detailed understanding of curriculum development, teaching, learning and assessment.
