Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Overall program development and planning with Head Coach.
• Support vision to grow the girls basketball program.
• Teach fundamentals, techniques, and skills.
• Recruit coaching staff and develop game protocols.
• Promote a positive team culture emphasizing sportsmanship and respect.
• Enforce safety procedures and athlete health.
• Communicate coaching philosophy to players and families.
• Prepare detailed practice and game plans.
• Attend required meetings and comply with school policies.
