We are a nonprofit Christian academy partnering closely with families to provide an academically engaging, Christ-centered education. Our teachers have the unique opportunity to know their students well, build strong relationships with parents, and support students’ academic and spiritual growth. Teach high school math and select electives on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays using differentiated, multi-sensory instruction. Support students and parents via email on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Integrate biblical truth into mathematics and reinforce Christian character in daily instruction. Create a classroom environment that is calm, respectful, and engaging. Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership. Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and school events.
Preferred:
On Campus - Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Wednesday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Friday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Remote Support - Tuesday & Thursday: Planning, grading, parent communication, and student support.
Salaried position paid bi-weekly over 12 months. Approximately six weeks of paid time off aligned with the school calendar. Scheduled planning time. Tuition discount for eligible employees. Professional development opportunities.
