Position Overview

The Upper Extremities Sales Associate will partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and contribute to business growth in the assigned territory. Responsibilities include supporting surgeries, educating healthcare professionals, developing customer relationships, and assisting with sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend surgeries using Stryker Upper Extremities products, ensuring product availability and instructing surgeons.
  • Educate healthcare staff on product use, updates, and educational programs.
  • Identify sales opportunities, provide excellent customer service, and develop relationships.
  • Assist in developing responses for new prospects and tailor promotional messages post-training.
  • Participate in sales calls, implement marketing strategies, and help meet sales targets.
  • Support inventory management, processing purchase orders, and maintaining compliance.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and participate in meetings and professional events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (e.g., Medical Certification, Associate’s degree + 2 years experience, High School Diploma + 4 years experience, or military service).
