Qualifications

• Valid Michigan teaching certificate with endorsements in appropriate grade and subject levels.
• Or, minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and actively pursuing or willing to pursue an alternative pathway, including MTTC endorsements.
• Recent teaching experience, coursework, or activity in primary instruction.
• Knowledge of current instructional strategies for the specified grade level.
• Experience teaching the age levels and subjects for this position.
• Teaching credentials appropriate for the student level being taught.
• Ability to use technology as an instructional tool and for data-driven communication.
• Excellent verbal and written expression with proper grammar and vocabulary.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
