Job summary

Greenspring Montessori School is seeking an Upper Elementary Classroom Partner to support students aged 9–12 within a collaborative Montessori classroom and to coordinate the MMUN program. The role emphasizes nurturing, teamwork, and lifelong learning.

Ideal candidates are warm, mature, and excited to contribute to a peaceful, inclusive learning environment. Spanish fluency is a plus, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm in Timonium, MD.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting elementary-aged children in a Montessori setting.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support daily classroom life and partner with Lead Guide to support student growth.
• Coordinate the MMUN program, mentoring students and managing communications.
• Foster independence, responsibility, curiosity, and peaceful conflict resolution.
• Observe and communicate with the teaching team; maintain a prepared Montessori environment.
