This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The UPK Lead Teacher is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing classroom activities, maintaining the classroom's physical appearance to meet agency standards, supervising and training Associate Teachers and/or Teacher Assistants, and acting as a liaison between the Childcare Director and families.
