Responsibilities

• Supervises and monitors children at all times.
• Establish a safe and stimulating learning environment.
• Greet children and parents upon arrival and escorts children to and from the bus.
• Collaborate with education team to implement daily instructional plans.
• Confer with parents and maintain program records.
• Encourage parental involvement in classroom activities and events.
• Provide emotional support and positive reinforcement.
• Model a positive work ethic for parents and staff.
