Job summary

You will clip, tie and staple components, stretch buttons and backs, and apply cardboard to arms as needed to ensure solid, high-quality finishes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous webbing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Position is responsible for positioning and securing foundation within the frame using manual and powered tools.
• Ensures quality workmanship by stretching buttons and backs with the appropriate tool.
• Applies cardboard to the arms of product as needed.
• Inspects own work and reports quality issues to supervision.
• Rushes pieces as marked to maintain production flow for Upholstery.
• Prepares frames for 8 Way Hand Tiers who apply coils.
• Maintains production level and quality per company standards.
• Carries out additional duties as assigned by Supervisor.
