You’ll help transform recycled rubber into high‑performance products, master the latest mixing equipment, and contribute to safe, quality‑driven production that supports sustainability goals.

Requirements include a HS diploma/GED (or 2+ years’ experience), ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and a team‑oriented, safety‑first mindset.
