Schedule: School Year: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM (~15–18 hours/week) Summer: Flexible opportunity to flex up to full-time based on camp schedules and family vacations

About Our Family & The Role

We are looking for a proactive, high-EQ, and reliable Family Assistant / Nanny to partner with our family! We have two active, independent kids (ages 9 and 12) who spend much of their afternoon in extracurriculars, sports practices, or hanging out with neighborhood friends.

Because the kids are increasingly self-sufficient, this position goes beyond traditional childcare—we’re seeking a collaborative household manager and partner who can anticipate needs, keep our home running smoothly, and build strong, supportive relationships with our kids.

Key Responsibilities

• Childcare & Support:
  • After-school pick-ups and driving to/from practices and activities
  • Homework help, tutoring support, and engaging in educational or curriculum-based activities
  • Connecting with the kids at their level, fostering open communication, and holding supportive, consistent boundaries/rules
• Household Management & Prepping:
  • Meal prep: Cooking nutritious meals for the kids and family (we love someone eager to try out new recipes!)
  • Laundry: Managing family and children’s laundry
  • Light housekeeping: Vacuuming, tidying up, and keeping main living spaces organized
  • Errands: Handling grocery shopping and general household errands as needed
