Job Overview

Location: 6379 Branch Hill Guinea Pike, Loveland, OH 45140

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Perform a wide range of automotive repairs.
2. Review TSBs and other service recommendations and translate them to customer needs.
3. Assess vehicles honestly and build detailed estimates of necessary repairs.
4. Communicate causes and corrections for customer concerns regarding their vehicles.
5. Address customer concerns and interface with them as needed.
6. Maintain professionalism.
7. Keep the shop clean and in working order.
8. Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy inspections for customers.
9. Master manufacturer-level diagnostic tools (tools and subscriptions provided by CBA).

Qualifications

• ASE Certifications with A1-A8 or L1 preferred but not required.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models.
• Capability to work 50+ hours per week.
• Desire to serve customers.
• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician.
• Aptitude for learning new skills and processes.
• Experience with all makes and models preferred.
• Current ASE certifications or plans to achieve them while working with us.

Physical Requirements

Applicants must be able to meet the following physical demands:

• Occasionally lift and move over 50 pounds.
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head level.
• Work in tight spaces.
• Use hand tools efficiently.
• Walk and stand for most of the workday.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Maintain a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment.
• Navigate a computer efficiently.
