Torero Logistics Corp (TLC) in South San Francisco, CA, is hiring a Package Handler & Driver to join our distribution team. The role offers an hourly wage with bonus opportunities, and no Commercial Driver's License is required.

You will help with parcel delivery and loading, with shifts roughly 8–9 hours and weekend work required. We provide a $1000 sign-on bonus paid over the initial months, performance bonuses up to additional hourly earnings, paid training, health benefits, and paid time

Qualifikationen

• 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver license (CDL not required).
• No more than 2 accidents/tickets/infractions in 3 years (Driving Record).
• Pass Pre-employment drug test (4-Panel Drug Test).
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each.
• Great attitude and energy.

EARN UP TO $30.00 HOURLY WITH BONUSES! Based in South SF.

No Commercial Driver's License needed to be a delivery driver.

Job Details

• $26.00base hourly pay depending on experience and schedule.
• Shift will be approx. 8-9 hours from 9:15a to 6:00/7:00p.
• Opportunity to earn from$0.50 to $3.13extra per hour in bonuses based on performance, efficiency, and attendance.
• Bonus of $1000paid out over your initial months ofemployment (must have no call outs each month to be eligible for this discretionary bonus and have at least 5 shifts per week).
• Quarterly retention bonus that increases each quarter with tenure.

• We have operations 7 days per week. Full time employees will work 4 to 5 days/week.
