Job summary

Torero Logistics Corp (TLC) is seeking a Delivery Representative in Hayward, CA to handle parcel deliveries to residential and commercial locations. No CDL required; 21+ with a valid driver’s license is needed.

Expect a base pay of $26 per hour with bonuses up to $3.13 per hour and a $1000 bonus paid over initial months, plus quarterly retention bonuses. Full-time schedule includes 4–5 days per week with at least one weekend day.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (Commercial Driver’s license NOT required).
• No more than 2 accidents/tickets/infractions in 3 years (Driving Record).
• Pass Pre-employment drug test (4Panel Drug Test).
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each.
• Great attitude and energy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations.
• Operate a van to ensure timely, safe deliveries.
• Adhere to schedule requirements and weekend work as needed.

JOB DETAILS:

• $26base hourly pay depending on experience and schedule.
  
• Shift will be approx. 8-9 hours from 9:15a to 6:00/7:00p.
  
• Opportunity to earn from$0.50 to $3.13extra per hour in bonuses based on performance, efficiency, and attendance.
  
• Bonus of $1000paid out over your initial months ofemployment (must have no call outs each month to be eligible for this discretionary bonus and have at least 5 shifts per week).
  
• Quarterly retention bonus that increases each quarter with tenure.
