Role & Responsibilities

As an RN, you will facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with the healthcare team and patients to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. You will promote health, safety, and well-being through the nursing process, adhering to standards and regulations.

• Assess patient needs through observation, interviews, and review of medical records.
• Develop and implement patient care plans, evaluating outcomes.
• Demonstrate competency in interventions such as IV therapy, wound care, medication administration, and specimen collection.
• Advocate for patient rights and collaborate to ensure safe, effective care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• One year of nursing experience preferred
• Current Colorado RN License or NCLA Compact License
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
