Job description

The Brand Ambassador is responsible for generating sales by providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience. They act as the face and voice of our company, building brand recognition and promoting our products through meaningful customer engagement to increase brand awareness and sales. The Brand Ambassador is expected to role model Unsubscribed values and Customer First behaviors in all interactions to create a positive experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Demonstrate the Unsubscribed Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
2. Use company tools and technology to confidently share product knowledge, enhancing engagement and maximizing sales.
3. Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge, assisting with tasks, and helping in customer interactions.
4. Suggest key looks and incorporate the latest trends based on individual customer styles.
5. Promote awareness and growth of the brand by introducing customers to additional channels.
6. Process register sales accurately and efficiently, following cash control procedures and customer service guidelines.
7. Restock return merchandise correctly, and properly label and store damaged or defective items.
8. Maintain brand standards per the 5 S's: Size, Style, Stock, Standard, Signage.
9. Keep the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom neat, clean, and organized for safety and presentation.
10. Handle merchandise efficiently from shipment processing to replenishment, following SOPs.
11. Resolve customer concerns proactively, partnering with store leadership on escalated issues.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Strong communication skills with customers, leadership, and team members.
2. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
3. Open to feedback and able to take appropriate action.
4. Ability to stand and move for extended periods, with the capability to reach, bend, and handle products.
