Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Unreal Engine development.
• Proficient with UE features: Gameplay Ability System, replication, Online Subsystem.
• Ability to work in UE 5.8 and both C++ and Blueprint.
• Strong written English and independent asynchronous work.

Responsibilities

• Author and design Unreal Engine tasks from briefs with objective acceptance checks.
• Build project materials: Blueprints, C++ classes, levels, test maps.
• Implement reference solutions and document verification steps.
• Write precise scoring criteria for graders and ensure consistency.
• Review peers' tasks for realism and test coverage.
• Adhere to turnaround times and flag guideline gaps or edge cases.
