Responsibilities

• Turn Kubernetes on-call noise into meaningful alerts.
• Own a technology service end-to-end, including on-call rotation.
• Document runbooks to help future on-call engineers.
• Prototype proof-of-concept solutions for new tech needs.
• Translate Tailwind CSS metrics into leadership dashboards.
• Ingest Go telemetry and build dashboards used by leaders.
• Tune unit tests queries to reduce database timeouts in IL.
• Design Interpersonal Skills APIs used by Schaumburg, IL teams.
