Job summary

TechVantage in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a mid-level Unreal Developer to own features end-to-end for our distributed team. You will work with Swift and Agile practices to deliver robust, maintainable code and clear acceptance criteria.

You will help establish observability, review PRs, and collaborate across Nginx/RabbitMQ services, ensuring a smooth tech stack and reliable experiences for customers in the VA region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building trust the slow, unglamorous way
• Experience with Unreal Engine and Swift
• Ability to own a technology service end to end and communicate clearly

Responsibilities

• Sketch Facilitation sequence diagrams that make the technology flow obvious to everyone
• Trace a transparent technology bug across three Nginx services to the one bad line
• Turn vague technology tickets into crisp, testable Self-Motivation acceptance criteria
• Stand up observability so TechVantage sees failures before customers in VA do
• Review pull requests and uphold engineering standards across the technology team
• Own a technology service end to end, from RabbitMQ schema to on-call rotation
