Job summary

Bonnell Aluminum is seeking a Team Leader for the Un-rack / Packing department in Elkhart, Indiana. This position involves ensuring the efficient operation of the unrack and packing area, leading daily activities, and fostering a positive team environment.

The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or GED, have previous manufacturing experience, strong leadership abilities, and effective communication skills. The role requires working Monday to Friday from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm with a starting pay of $19.80 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or team lead experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the unrack/pack line.
• Lead and support team members effectively.
• Monitor safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively across shifts.
