Job summary

Partner Forces LLC in the United States seeks a Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Policy & Program Analyst to support homeland security and critical infrastructure initiatives related to unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and counter-UAS (C-UAS).

The role involves analyzing regulatory developments, preparing reports and briefings, coordinating with government, industry, and infrastructure stakeholders, and helping mature our UAS capabilities within a growing consulting practice.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in homeland security, aviation security, emergency management, critical infrastructure protection, defense, or related areas.
  • Familiarity with UAS and C-UAS landscape and regulatory topics such as FAA Part 107, Remote ID.
  • Strong research, analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support UAS and C-UAS policy, research, and operational initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze emerging UAS threats, trends, technologies, and regulatory developments
  • Develop reports, briefings, presentations, training materials, and stakeholder-facing products
  • Coordinate across government, industry, and critical infrastructure stakeholders
  • Conduct research related to critical infrastructure security, public safety, and emerging threats
  • Track FAA regulations, Remote ID, BVLOS frameworks, and C-UAS authorities
  • Support meetings, workshops, outreach, and program coordination
  • Grow Partner Forces’ UAS and security capabilities over time

What we are looking for:

Partner Forces is seeking a Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Policy & Program Analyst to support homeland security and critical infrastructure security initiatives focused on unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and emerging counter-UAS (C-UAS) mission areas. As our UAS and security portfolio continues to grow, this role offers the opportunity to help shape meaningful work at the intersection of national security, critical infrastructure, and emerging technology. The ideal candidate is a strong analytical thinker who is curious about evolving security threats, comfortable operating in dynamic client environments, and excited to contribute to emerging UAS initiatives while helping build long-term capability within Partner Forces.

What you'll do:

  • Support UAS and C-UAS related policy, research, and operational initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze emerging UAS threats, trends, technologies, and regulatory developments
  • Support the development of reports, briefings, presentations, training materials, and stakeholder-facing products
  • Assist with coordination across government, industry, and critical infrastructure stakeholders
  • Conduct research and analysis related to critical infrastructure security, public safety, and emerging threats
  • Track developments related to FAA regulations, Remote ID, BVLOS frameworks, and evolving C-UAS authorities
  • Support meetings, workshops, outreach efforts, and program coordination activities
  • Help grow and mature Partner Forces’ UAS and security capabilities over time

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience supporting homeland security, aviation security, emergency management, critical infrastructure protection, defense, or related mission areas
  • Familiarity with the evolving UAS and C-UAS landscape
  • Understanding of UAS policy and regulatory topics, including FAA Part 107, Remote ID, or related frameworks
  • Foundational understanding of C-UAS technologies and operational considerations
  • Strong research, analytical, writing, and communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable insights
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving client environments
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting DHS, CISA, FAA, DoD, or critical infrastructure security programs
  • Familiarity with security planning, risk analysis, or emerging technology initiatives
  • Experience supporting trainings, workshops, stakeholder engagement, or operational coordination efforts
  • Interest in helping build and shape emerging UAS capabilities within a growing consulting environment
