Job description

US Brick is seeking motivated and dedicated Manufacturing Production associates with a passion for success, willingness to learn, and a desire for career advancement.

What you will be doing:
  1. Operating machinery and unloading bricks
  2. Filling in for other operators as needed
  3. Following all safety, quality, production, environmental policies and procedures
  4. Being a good team member and assisting others as needed
  5. Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work area
Required skills and education to be successful:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  3. Effective communication skills
  4. Ability to perform physical labor (50+ lbs.)
  5. Commitment to a zero-harm workplace
  6. Flexibility to work rotating hours, weekends, and overtime as needed

Work is primarily in a manufacturing setting, indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions. The role involves standing, walking, sitting, driving, and physical tasks such as lifting up to 75 pounds alone and 100 pounds with assistance. Vision and sensory abilities are required, as well as the ability to work in variable temperatures and environments, including exposure to dust, heat, and outdoor elements.
