Job summary

Rite of Passage is hiring an Unlicensed Therapist for the Tampa Bay Girls Academy in Tampa, Florida. The clinician will join the Behavioral Health Counseling Clinic, providing individual, family and group counseling to youth and their families, with supervision by the Clinical Director.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, Medicaid/Medicare billing experience, and at least two years of experience with children, teens and families in behavioral health.

• Experience with Medicaid/Medicare billing and documentation standards.

Pay: $60,000 Annually

What you will do: As an Unlicensed Therapist you will be responsible works as a staff member of the Behavioral Health Counseling Clinic. The unlicensed professional shall provide individual, family and group counseling services to clients and their families according to the needs documented in their assessment and treatment plan. This position reports to the Clinical Director or other designated supervisor within the clinic.
To be considered you should: Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, and/or other related behavioral and mental health field. Experience in delivering behavioral health services with Medicaid/Medicare billing and documentation standards. At least two years of experience working with children, teens and family in a behavioral health counseling setting.

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen and TB test
